TikTok Summary:
In a year I brought tremendous growth in followers & engagement to the channel. With my direction of the Work Wednesday TikToks and others, the channel still receives constant likes, views, follows and saves to this day. With the use of the paid promotion, it yielded a major spike in March.
The Summary:
Instagram:
From managing the platform as a separate entity and talking to the age demographic of 18-26 job seekers with little engagement. I was able to increase the traction and engagement to the channel through the usage of reels and collaborations. Yielding the amplified results seen.
Overall:
The channel’s growth relied on the strategic planning of the content calendar. From mixing in both supplemented and new content that includes engaging interviews targeting our demographic. We were able to grow both the respected social channels where it is today.
